Securing Success: Ethiack is The Most Promising Startup at Web Summit 2023

We've got some fantastic news to share: we won the Most Promising Startup Award at Web Summit 2023! It's not just a trophy; it's a testament to our sweat, dreams, and the crazy ride we've had together.

This was part of the Road 2 Web Summit, a joint initiative by Startup Portugal, Galp and Web Summit to select the best young startups to represent Portugal at the biggest tech event in the world, Web Summit. 

This win wasn't just about a stellar pitch—though André, our CTO, did knock it out of the park. Being chosen out of the 115 startups represents a testament to the dedication and hard work of our entire team. Everyone played a crucial role, from hacking and testing to spreading the word and even keeping everything on a budget. The news were shared in the main channels of commutation, and there was also a statement from the Government of Portugal celebrating our win.

During the event, you could find in our booth our newest cybersecurity features. We had meaningful conversations with attendees, industry experts, and partners, such as Instituto Pedro Nunes. These connections weren't just about business; they were about learning, sharing ideas, and growing together. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to refine our networking skills and gather valuable insights to enhance our cybersecurity solutions, all while sharing our amazing merch.

Amid the event whirlwind, we also took a detour to the German Startup Night, not just to network, but to have an absolute blast. It was a chance for our team to kick back, mingle with Germany's startup maestros, and celebrate our passion for cybersecurity in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.

Beyond the excitement of winning, Web Summit 2023 was an eye-opening experience. We engaged with passionate individuals who understand the significance of cybersecurity in today's interconnected landscape.
